Respect, for everyone

Members, guests, the team, and children, everyone here deserves care and respect. Harassment, aggression, or discrimination of any kind, on any basis, is not tolerated and may lead to suspension or termination of membership.

Dress and hygiene

Common sense, by area:

• Proper swimwear at the pool, and a shower before you swim.
• Athletic wear in the fitness center, with clean indoor shoes. Street shoes stay off the training floor.
• Smart casual in the café and coworking space.
• In the relaxation lounge, consideration for others is the dress code.

Family and children

The Kids Club welcomes children during posted hours, under the care of staff. Everywhere else, including the playground, a parent or guardian remains responsible for their child. Children should not run near the pool, use fitness equipment, or enter the coworking or relaxation spaces on their own.

Guests

Bring guests using the passes included in your membership, we're glad to meet them. Your guest is your responsibility during their visit. Every guest signs in at the front desk, and we ask that you share these standards with anyone you bring to the club.

Care for the club

The club stays beautiful because we all look after it:

• Wipe down fitness equipment after use.
• Return weights and equipment to their place.
• Keep calls and conversations considerate in the coworking and relaxation spaces.
• Tell the front desk about anything broken, damaged, or worn. We'd always rather know.

Privacy and photography

Our members' privacy comes first. Never photograph or film other members, the team, or their children without clear consent. Photography is not permitted in changing rooms or other private areas. If you take a photo of yourself in a common area, please keep others out of frame.

Alcohol and substances

Any alcohol service at the club is limited to designated areas and must be enjoyed responsibly by adults. Illegal substances have no place anywhere at the club. Members are expected to follow all applicable laws and club policies.

Safety and emergencies

For any injury, illness, or incident, alert the front desk immediately. A member of the team is available at all hours. During an evacuation, drill, or safety response, follow the team's instructions and help keep access routes clear.

If something goes wrong

A first small lapse may earn a friendly reminder from the team; repeated or serious violations may lead to a written warning, suspension, or termination of membership. Anything that endangers the safety, comfort, or dignity of others, including harassment, aggression, or deliberate damage, may result in immediate suspension or termination. Membership decisions are handled by club management.

Raising a concern

If something doesn't sit right, whether it concerns a member, a guest, a team member, or the club itself, please tell us. Reports are handled with care and discretion. Email, WhatsApp, or ask the front desk to have someone contact you personally.
